OPAP Members Attend the AAOT 22nd Scientific Meeting 2024

Members of the Orofacial Pain Association of the Philippines (OPAP) recently attended the 22nd Scientific Meeting of the Asian Academy of Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular Disorders (AAOT) held in Taipei, Taiwan from November 2 to 3, 2024.

The event venue was at the 9th Floor of the 3rd Out-Patient Department Buílding of Taipei Veterans General Hospital at Beitou District of Taipei City.

The scientific meeting featured Professor Chris Peck, Dean of the National University of Singapore Faculty of Dentistry, as the keynote speaker with his presentation entitled:

"Orofacial Pain and Related Disorders: Where to Next?"


The event's first day showcased lectures from the different member countries' representatives that included  OPAP's very own Dr. Jessy Joie Domagsang (Philippines) with her presentation entitled: "Physical Self Regulation for a
Harmonic Life: Conservative Biopsychosocial Mạnagement of TMD and OFP in the Philippine Setting"



The second day featured clinical case presentations as well as research poster presentations from representatives of member countries of the academy.
